Find an email address

How do I find an email address in my address book? How do I search for an
email address in Outlook 2003? I have distribution lists of friends who
change their email address but don't tell me. So I get a lot of undelivered
mail. I would like to delete their address but I have hundreds of contacts.
It would be simple if I could sort the address book by email address, but
that won't work.

On your Standard Toolbar there is a section with the words; Search Address
Book. Type the address there.
You can also select your Contacts folder and change your view to a Table
view like Phone List. Use the Field Chooser to add the Email column and sort
by that. Depending on how many address you have specified for a single
contact, you may also need the column Email 2 and Email 3.

I'm puzzled. I entered the email address in the search box but it did not
work this morning. I tried it again just now and it worked fine. This time,
however, I entered only the leading part of the email address. Thanks for
your help.
