Not able to send reports

Every time I try to send a 'Suspected Spyware Reporting
Tool' report, I get the following error message.

- An error occurred submitting the scan results. Please
check your internet proxy settings and try again. -

Could you try the following to provide more information:

1. Open a Command Prompt window.
2. Type the command:

proxycfg

and copy the exact results into a follow-up in this thread.

OK, thanks. Null result there, so that's not the problem.

Can you also confirm what proxy settings you have set for Internet Explorer:

Control panel, Internet Options, tab Connections, button LAN Settings.
Which option boxes are checked?
What data is set in the text boxes?

Please try unchecking those two option boxes for "Proxy server" and try
sending an MSAS report again.
