Error Report Failure

An error report message - "An error occurred submitting
the scan results. Please check your Internet proxy
settings and try again". There is no help entry about
internet proxy settings. What needs to be done.

I use AOL and steer clear of others. My current setting
is to never launch AOL automatically and wish to keep it.
Also, automatic updates clog performance with dial-up, so
I keep them to a minumum.
