Suspected Spyware Reporting Tool

I am not able to send a suspected spyware report to
Microsoft. I get the following message:
An error occurred submitting the scan results. Please
check your Internet proxy settings and try again.

What do I need to change?

Check under Real time Protection > Internet Agents > "Internet Proxy Server"
and ensure that it is not deactivated checkpoint.
