norton internet security 2005

since updating my norton subscription and upgrading to norton internet
securtiy 2005, i have had some problems. my computer will not open email
attatchments, or deletes them including pictures etc. also my computer will
not open jpeg. attachments or pdf files. not sure what the problem is. i am
no computer genius. please help.

If the issues are caused by NIS, why are you posting here?! This isn't a
Windows - or MS - issue, it's a Symantec issue. Suggest you contact their
tech support.

DO NOT listen to the TROLL Tick. It never has solutions only criticisms.
Now as far as your problem goes open OE and click on TOOLS then OPTIONS then
SECURITY. Be sure "Internet zone" is selected. Be sure that "Do not allow
attachments to be saved....." is NOT selected, click APPLY and OK and close
OE.
