Norton Anti Virus compatability with XP

After upgrading to XP, Norton Anti Virus no longer
works. Symantec says to uninstall NAV and re-install,
but the XP uninstall utility does not work. Is there an
easy way to get NAV off my system? Thanks.

NAV comes with its own uninstaller. It should be available under its
shortcut in the start menu. Give that a try.

Should of uninstalled before upgrading. i made this
mistake too.

goto start>>Run>>Type "regedit" search though the registry
and delete all the keys that have the words "Norton
AntiVirus", "Live Update", "LiveReg" , and "Symantec".
After you do that reboot.

Now try reinstalling it.
