Normal.doc is still infected. Do you want to delete t his file

i get the above messae, each time when i start the microst
word application.

what can i do for it.

here is the actual message.
c:\document and setting\admimistrator\application
data\microsoft\template\normal.doc....


if i say OK, it delete the file

are we talking about normal.dot?

personally, i wouln't open word, i would go into
c:\document and setting\admimistrator\application
data\microsoft\template\normal.doc....
and manually delete normal.dot (using SHIFT & DELETE to bypass the recycle
bin)
then i would do a full virus scan of my system.

if that came up clear i would open word and see if it's solved.

HOWEVER, please note, that deleting normal.dot may delete macros / toolbar
customisations and autotext entries if you have any of these. Check out
