No Repair

When I try to repair IE6 I get
IE could not be repaired missing SCRRUN.DLL file.

Where can I find this file and how did get in this mess.

Easiest way is to reinstall IE.

Reinstall or Repair Internet Explorer and Outlook Express in Windows XP

This system is 89 SE.
Tryed to load from MS but only get Patch update.
How can I remove IE to start clean?

Got IT.

Had to force overlay of all installed features.
