No permission when sending TASK

Hello,

I have a manager that tries to send TASKs to his staff and gets this error
message back:

<name here> on 6/6/2006 4:07 PM
You do not have permission to send to this recipient. For
assistance, contact your system administrator.
MSEXCH:MSExchangeIS:/DC=local/DC=companyname:FAAEXCH

Any ideas?
