Vcard Problem

When I try to send a vcard I get the following message on some vcards but not
all. This only happens on certain contacts.

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: Bonnie Smith
Sent: 12/31/2008 8:51 AM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

Melissa Rempp on 12/31/2008 8:51 AM
You do not have permission to send to this recipient. For
assistance, contact your system administrator.
MSEXCH:MSExchangeIS:/DC=com/DC=cosmocss:CSS-MAIL

Any help would be appreciated
