No microsoft paint

I recently had a problem with my computer so I did a fresh install of xp. My
copy of windows is old and so I installed sp2 from a disk. I took all of the
updates and according to the windows update site I'm up to date. I did
notice that I was never given the option to update to ie7 so I downloaded it
and installed it manually.
For some reason microsoft paint didn't get installed. This is the same cd I
used to install xp previous and I had paint before. My question is there
anyway I can install Microsoft Paint without reinstalling XP again.
Installing is a big deal because high speed isn't available in my area. Only
dial up.

Open control panel, click on add or remove programs, add/remove windows
components, accessories and utilities, click on details button, accessories,
click on details button scroll down to bottom to and add checkmark to paint,
click ok, ok, next, finish.
