pop up screen language microsoft paint

I have a desktop with windows XP professional installed, and in Paint some of
the screens have chinese signs.
For example, like if I open Paint, make a new painting, close paint I get a
screen
Untitled some *chinese signs* yes no cancel
I already removed paint and installed it again, but the problem is still
there.
In the past I installed files for East Asian languages, I don't know if that
gave me the problem, but even switch that off makes no different.
How knows a solution?

Go into the Control Panel (Classic View)and select the Regional &
Language Option. Then click on the Languages tab, then in the Text
Services and input languages box, click on the details button. Then in
the text services window click on the advanced tab. Now make sure that
both check boxes are clear, then click on ok on all open windows until
you are back to the control panel.
