no disk: problem installing programs

Original message: (Win XP Pro, portuguese)
Setup: setup2.exe - Sem disco : Não há nenhum disco na
unidade. Insira um disco na unidade \Device\Harddisk1\DR1.

When I try to install some programs from CD a message
displays like above.
There is no disk in the unit. Insert disk in
\Device\Harddisk1\DR1.
Three butons: retry, continue, ignore.
But they don´t solve the problem and I cannot install
some of my programs and games.

Can somebody help me? Please
