newsgroup posting error

when i try to post to newsgroups,I get the following
error:Outlook Express could not post your message.
Subject 'Re: Sixty-Fifth winter at last!',
Account: 'news.east.cox.net',
Server: 'news.east.cox.net', Protocol: NNTP, Server
Response: '441 Posting Failed ("From" Header not in
Internet Syntax.)', Port: 119, Secure(SSL): No, Server
Error: 441, Error Number: 0x800CCCA9.
I'm using OE 6 .Whats the problem?

Either your setup for that server is incorrect (If you are able to post to
other groups on that server that is not the issue) or it would Cox may be
having an issue with the server and you would have to wait for them to fix
it. If you've been posting to that server without issue and this problem
suddenly appeared, it's a problem on the server, you need to wait it out.

You might try using Microsoft's NNTP server. That's news.microsoft.com
