new toolbar unwanted

Some wonderful site recently visited (don't know which one) has added a
nuisance toolbar just above the default one in my Vista Windows Mail. It
inserted just under the File, Edit, View, Insert, etc bar and above the
toolbar which includes Send, cut, copy, past, etc bar.
Can any one suggest how to eliminate this nuisance? Right clicking does not
gime me any options.

I figured it out. May be of some help to others... Went to programs in
control panel and checked new additions for the date the problem appeared.
Uninstalled the program and the problem was solved.

OK, check. I try to stay away from greeting card websites because
they are known sources of malware.
