user's account desktop from showing up in all users' accounts desktops? {Hope

user's account desktop from showing up in all users' accounts desktops?
{Hope i got all those plurals right, haha}.....

Remove the shortcuts to the programs from the All Users Start Menu and put
them only in the various users' Start Menus where you want them.

Right-click on the Start button and choose "Explore all users" and you'll
see everybody's Start Menu.
