New Browser Window

Hello all!
Is there a way to setup IE to open a new browser window
with each click, instead of opening it in the same
window? I know that we can do this with folders, but I'm
not sure about IE.

Tools/Internet Options/Advanced Tab.
Check, re use windows for opening shortcuts.

Can always use the right click menu and select New windows.
