Openning New Browser Window

I know how to open IE and open another window.
I do not have popup blockers on my system.
This is a NEW installation!!! XP PRO SP1a
IE 6.0.2800.xpsp2.030422-1633CO 128 bit SP1

When I click on a link on a page, ANY PAGE, the window
opens in the same browser. There is a button SOMEWHERE to
enable a NEW browser window to open when you click a link.
I know about Right click and open new window. There use
to be a button to select for opening a new browser
instead of opening the new web page in the same browser.
TOOLS > Internet Options > Advanced I think. IE 5 had
this ability. Where is it in IE 6????

Where is that option located?????

Try internet options..advanced tab and uncheck reuse windows for launching
shortcuts.
