New Additional Domain Controller

I am going to be bringing up an additional domain controller in our current
domain. Currently, the entire network is Win2K. The new server will be
Win2K3. Are there any things that I should be watching for or making sure I
accomplish as well? The current single domain controller also runs DNS and
DHCP. Should I be concerned about these in anyway on the new server? And
GOTCHA's to watch for?

Amos,

If you are just bringing up a W2k3 member server on the network, then there
isn't really anything to worry about. I would just make sure that the new
server points to the W2k DNS server(s) which host the forward lookup zone
for your domain name on the TCP/IP properties of the NIC . If you are
bringing on a W2k3 DC, then just make sure that you keep the domain and
forest function level set to one that is compatible with a windows 2000
domain (non-2003).
