promoting to domain controller with mix-mode enviro.

I have a mixed server environment of Windows 2k and 2k3
servers. I have a Win2k as my domain controller, and wish
to promote one of the Win2k3 servers to a (backup) domain
controller. Before I do this, I'm just seeing if anyone
has done this already and run into any problems that I
should be made aware of. Thanks!

You shouldn't have a problem. You'll need to run adprep on the 2K DC first,
though.
