Network Setup Wizard

I need help. I am trying to set up a two computer home
network. Each time I run the Newtwork setup wizard on
the Host computer I get an error message as follows.
SzAppName: Spool sc.exe.sz Mod Name: ntdll.dll sz Nid Ver
5.1.2600.1217 offset 000 2c32b - with more details as
follows:
C:\DOCUME~|\HARLAN~|\LOCALS~1Temp\\WER64.tmp.dir 00
\Spoolsv.exe.mdmp
C:\DOCUME~|\HARLAN~|\LOCALS~1Temp\\WER64.tmp.dir 00\app
compat.txt
