Error

As I was closing Outlook last night, a box appeared again with the following
information:

App Name outlook.exe
ModVer 5.1.2600.2180
App. Ver. 11.0.8010.0
Offset 00011e5a
Mod Name ntdll.dll
The path: C:\DOCUME~1\COMPAQ~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\5ba2 appcompat.txt

I clicked Debug and the box disappeared. When shutting down, a box appeared
for program not responding. I ended it.

What is causing this?

Could be a lot of things. Can you reproduce it?
