Network cable unplugged

I ocasionally get a message on boot-up that my network
cable is unplugged. I use Windows 2000 on a Packard Bell
machine running a AMD 450Mhz processor. I have to
re-install the driver in order to get it to work again.
Any help would be appreciated.

Check with the network card vendor for an updated driver.
