I see a lot of us have run across this error trying to remove or fix
TCP/IP.
I had an XP PC that I needed to fix TCP/IP on and couldn't remove it.
I ran the netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt command and it didn't work.
It generated the code 10107 error. So after some research I found a
fix and thought I would share.
I found an answer out on Ask Jeeves (See link below). This is a link
to a program that will fix the problem. I had to run it twice but the
second time worked.
