Netlogon error

Hi gurus.

I have a w2k serer sp4 and from no where I am getting the following error on
my event viewer
source:NETLOGON
Event ID: 5737
Description: Invalid argument supplied

Source:SCM
event ID: 7024
Desc: Net Logon service terminated with service specific error 5737



I can ping the server from anywhere on my Lan and I can see all share folder
from anywhere on my lan, but I cant RDP this server, there are also a few
other services that wont start now like

backup exe/sqlserveragent/Terminal servise/ftp publishing service/www/server
and others

any help is very much appreciate.

Thanks for the prompted reply
Dave the first and second links does not apply to me as I didnt have aventil
install on my computer.

Second I amd running w2k server sp4 and that seems to be for w2k server sp2

Third link pretty good but I dont have apc
Forth goes with the third one.

Any other ideas that might help me with this problem
