NetBios over TCPIP is Disabled

Hi,

I have a machine that I can net get NetBios enabled on.
When I do an C:\ipconfig /all I get
NetBios over Tcpip ..... Disabled.
How do I get it enabled?

I fixed it by removing the network adapter under Device Manager. Reboot and
add all my IP information.
It is working.
