Net use lpt1

We have an application that requires a net use to lpt1 to
print. the only way I can map them to lpt1 is to make the
user the local admin of the box. this is not a good
thing. how can I map lpt1 without making them admin...is
there a folder I am missing ?? When i make them admin,
they sign back on, i can map, when they are removed from
admin group, lpt1 is unavailable.

We tried this last week, did not work. i think this
really stinks to have it this way. it makes me want to
revert back to Win2k !!! the 0401 was not lpt1, it was
0501.too much work.
