Net Send

Hi...

I have created a small LAN (3 PCs connected by a switch).
The "Net Send" command was OK.

But after I used some of the file sharing commands, it's not working (sounds
funny!)
I'm not sure if its related to file sharing issues... i also tried to turn
off/n the firewall... change the Exceptions... etc.

Now every time i try to use it i see this error message:
"Sending files is no longer supported."... net helpmsg 3777

Please guide me how can i enable this service again.

Thanks

In order to use net send, the Messenger Service must be running. Service
Pack 2 disables it. Go to Start>Run>services.msc [enter] and scroll
down to Messenger Services. Start it and set to Automatic. Make sure
your firewall allows lan traffic as trusted.
