Nero burning problem.

I'm burning mp3,s to disc using nero 5.5.10.35.
When i've burnt the files,the cd i've copied to when accessed through the
start/run/browse/d drive,the files only show up as track 1,track 2,etc,and
are not recognised by name,so what will i need to do to correct this?

For what it's worth,all my mp3's filenames are saved as
artist/album/track/title

e.g. carol king - tapestry - 02 - so far away.mp3

Still having problems,and tearing my hair out now!
When i burn cd's onto my pc,i use musicmatch jukebox plus,and tracks are
encoded as mp3pro files.When i burn them using nero they still show up as
track 1,2,3,and not the song title............aaaarghhhh!When i burn them i
always do so as music,not data cd's so where am i going wrong?
I've looked in the the properties of tracks i'm burning,and on the summary
tab,only the title is listed,but on the advanced tab,all the info is
listed,such as artist,album title,song title etc.etc.
Your help (or anyone else's) would be appreciated
