negative numbers do not show in print preview or on paper

Hello,

In a specific spreadsheet, when i type in negative numbers in th
material adjustment field (column BU) , the numbers don't show up i
the print preview or on paper. a sample of the spreadsheet can b

I looked at your workbook and could not replicate the problem with xl2002 on
xphome using Xerox color laser driver. Could be the merged cells (why do you
have it designed with so many small merged columns and why do you have so
many unused rows and columns?) or the printer driver???

Hi,

OK, we were able to get it to print on one type of printer and one typ
of printer only... an HP G55. Problem is, we also have d135s, 4050s
and 7110s. Is there an embedded printer setting in the spreadsheet fil
that i can toy around with? it just so happens the person who create
this spreadsheet has a G55 as well. I think this problem only applie
to machines running win2k and office 2k. thanks
