Need to schedule Perfmon to run daily. How can this be done?

I need to schedule the performance monitor having it start recording
at 7am going until 6pm. Can someone tell me where to begin? We know
which counters we want to record.

Open up perfmon, and configure a counter log under "performance logs and
alerts".

Brian if I'm see things correctly perfmon can only be configured to
start once and to stop once. It can't be scheduled beyond that. I
need to have perfmon collect the same counter information from 7am to
6pm every week day.
