Where to find datalog.exe and monitor.exe

We need to be able to schedule perfmon, or something similar, to run
every week day from 7am to 6pm. I've read about datalog.exe and
monitor.exe that existed in the Windows NT 4.0 resource kit. We have
a CD labeled Windows 2000 Server Resource Kit form Microsoft TechNet
but I can't find these utilities anywhere on the CD. Help!
