A little information might help. Are you talking about a CD to which you
dragged files on the previous system. If yes, the CD was created with
packet writing software such as the Direct CD or Drag to Disk component of
Easy CD Creator,
www.roxio.com or the InCD component of Nero,
www.nero.com.
While on some setups XP can read such disks natively, on most systems, it
requires having the packet writing application installed or finding the
appropriate reader at one of the above websites depending upon which
application was used to create the CD.
