Need help turning text help boxes off

When i move my cursor/arrow around it comes up with
little boxes of information when i hover it over icons or
text i really want to turn it off cause it is annoying
me... can anyone help please

Disable Balloon Tips or Disable All (Row 11)

Disable All includes: Balloon Tips, Folder Contents Info Tips, Explorer
Pop-Ups, Show Info Tips, Start Menu and Notification Area.

To use the Regedit: Save the REG File to your hard disk. Double click it
and answer yes to the import prompt. REG files can be viewed in Notepad by
right clicking on the file and selecting Edit.

Uncheck - Show pop up description ..... etc

Disabling Balloon Tips
Go to The Key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advance
d
Now create a new DWORD value, and name it EnableBalloonTips and set it equal
to 0.
If EnableBalloonTips is already there and equal to 1, set it equal to 0.
Exit the registry editor and then log off and log back on again or reboot.
Balloon tips should now be disabled.

Note you can save the registry key first by:
On the File menu, click Export.
In the File name box, type SaveKey, and then click Save.
Or create a system restore point prior to editing.
Note: If the registry key is not there, you can simply create one by going
edit > new.
