I NEED HELP ENABLING JAVASCRIPT. I am on Funjet.com trying to get Air
flight schedules and prices. After I put in the dates leaving and departing
from info and press GO, I get the following Message:

Your current security settings do not support JavaScript. If you wish to
book a vacation on this site, you can enable JavaScript by editing your
security settings. To do this, follow the steps below:

1. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
2. On the Security tab, click Default Level.
3. Click Apply, then OK.
4. Once back on Funjet.com, click Refresh and continue booking your vacation.

I follow the instructions and have even restatred the PC but I continue to
get the same message everytime I go back to the site. Any one got any
suggestions on what I can do to enable JavaScripting so I can get info from
the Site???

Hi,
Some additional things to try:
Try these two commands from Start> Run> cmd [enter]
regsvr32 vbscript.dll [enter]
regsvr32 jscript.dll [enter]

Reinstall Windows Script 5.6. Go to
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/downloads/list/webdev.asp
for the appropriate download.

Clear the IE cache. IE> Tools> Internet Options> General> Delete
files (and delete offline content when that dialog pops up) It's often
recommended that the TIF folder be kept at about 50 MB (Settings.)

Try placing the site in Trusted Sites. Internet Options> Security> Trusted
Sites> Uncheck "Require server
verification" and enter the site as (for example) *.funjet.com

Check any third-party security programs to see if one of them is blocking
scripts, scripting, active content.
* Important: Turn on the Windows Firewall, from Control Panel or Security
Center, before disabling a third-party firewall.

Hope this helps,
Don
