Need CARDFILE (.exe) for Windows XP

I have an old file created with Windows Accessory pgm
known as CARDFILE. File has extension .crd and I would
like to access (open) the file on my new Windows XP Pro
system, but do not have the accessory utility pgm
inatalled.
How can I obtain and add the program to my XP system? Or
alternatively import it into another database type program
so that the format can be converted from the original?

powerful
