My account was deleted accidentaly by IT department.
There is no backup for Exchange server.
When an account is created, Exchange assign a unique internal ID that can
not be replicated. (Even when my account is with the same name and alias).
Exchange recognize it as a different one).
My only chance to recover all my data is through an offline folder file.
However when I try to use with my "new" account. Outlook display an error
that the .ost file was created for a different user, so I can not access it.
How can I solve the problem ?

Something to try. Select File>Work Offline. Then create a mail profile
that matches your old mailbox and see if you can access the offline folders.
If so, you should be able to create a new PST and copy or move the items
from the offline folders to the PST. You can then go mack to the profile
containing your new account, go back to working online, open the PST, and
move or copy the items from it to the new mailbox.
