How to import old .ost to a new exchange profile

Our mail server was upgraded and my domain user account was recreated, but
somehow not all my mail was moved to the new account. Now the only place I
can get it from is my old .ost file, but outlook won't open it because it
says it is associated with another exchange profile. How can I get the mail
in this ost back into my current exchange profile?

Tsk tsk ....bad admins/planning. Did you sync your OST file *before* the
mail server upgrade, and then not use it at all during the
migration/upgrade? That's the rule!

If you already modified your Exchange profile, you can't open the old OST
file directly. You may need to see www.exchangerecovery.com. If you still
have the old profile (unmodified) and can open it (with the computer
disconnected from the network) and get to your offline data, you can export
it to a PST file.
