My zip code is in the wrong position in contacts

When my contacts show up the zip code is on the line after street address and
before city. How do I get it set up so the address is in the right order?
This is in all my contact folders and didn't happen before Vista.

When your Contacts show up where?
We have no idea what version or view you are referring to.

Check your Location in Regional and Language settings (Control Panel).
Outlook will format addresses using this location. If the location that's
been set has a different address format than what you want (eg ZIP/postal
code before address), then it won't look the way you want it to.

Oops. Sorry. I have Office 2007 with Vista. When I pull up Outlook, that
is how they show up.....street, zip, city, state. When I had XP and 2002
they were fine. I forwarded one of the contacts as a v-card attachment to my
son and when he opened it on his computer it opened in the right
order.....street, city, state, zip.
