problem w/mail merg from outlook

I now have window vista and office 2003, when I do a mail merg form word,
pulling the address form outlook contacts my zip code & my country is flipped.
my address shows:
Sue Smith
111 blackstone
Brookfield IL,
United State of America (no zip code)
In my contact it is put in correctly....how do I make maile merg read it
correctly?

Impossible to say when you provide no information. All I can tell you is
that you constructed your merge incorrectly. When you place the address
element fields correctly, the merge will work as expected. Do not use a
derived field.

I'm Having the same problem, I've got Windows xp media edition and outlook
2003.

I went to help in outlook and found "adress and print an envelope in
Outlook", I followed the instructions and the zip does not appear in the word
"address block".

I used the outlook contacts address's the look like, this is the way I input
them:
First line: street
second line: city, state 49021

I tried the following and never got a zip to show up:
added a coma between state and zip
deleted coma between city and state, retained coma between state and zip
no comas between city state and zip
put zip on it's own line, both withand without coma between city and state.

This was kind of flustrating.

Answer is already posted and is still the same. You constructed your merge
incorrectly. We have no idea what you did wrong because we have no idea what
you did. If you seek help, post that information.
