my music folder

i recently changed the location of my music so that other users on my network
could access it, however it will not let me restore the original my music
folder back to my documents.
I get an error message saying "My Music is a Windows system folder and is
required for Windows to run properly. It cannot be moved or renamed." ANy
help would be appreciated.

Did you try System Restore? Then, copy rather than move the files.

Get the TweakUI power toy for XP and reset the system folder with that.
