Ok so do you have the latest Vista drivers for the graphics side of the
card. AFAIK has not released any VISTA drivers for the tuner side of the
card and has no plans on doing so.

i believe so, and the computer has been working perfectly fine until the
first time it turned off and on. But there was some instances where moving
the power cable just a little turn it off

If your computer turns off after 5 seconds into the boot cycle, you have
hardware problems, as Vista hasn't even begun to load yet.
