My Computer Crash

Whenever I want to open My Computer, it crashes. Then Dr. Watson tries to
debug the crash and Dr. Watson crashes, too. I want to access my C drive to
open the new program I installed and I cannot because My Computer crashes
every single time and so does Dr. Watson. Any help would be greatly
appreciated. Thank you.
