Music CD's won't autostart

Hi group I wonder if you can help me. I can't get WMP 9 to start when I
insert audio cd's all I get is a folder popping up listing the music tracks
that are on the CD and the I have to start WMP 9 myself.

I have tried: going into my computer, right click on the DVD drive, goto
properties, autoplay, music CD on the drop down, and selected WMP to play
audio CD and then OK it but it still only pops up the folder view when I
insert a music CD. I check the option ticked in WMP and it is, tried
unchecking it and re-checking, tried using Tweak UI and still no luck. Also
the same thing is up with Power DVD.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Go back to the AutoPlay tab and untick "Prompt me each time to choose an action"
Click Apply and OK.

Thanks for your help. I have tried that as well and it still won't open up
media player or any other program automatically to play CD, it only brings
up the folder view of the audio tracks on the CD. Thanks again.

I just came across this page:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...b6-e8fa-45c4-a171-1b389cfacdad&DisplayLang=en

"The Microsoft AutoPlay Repair Wizard scans your computer devices to find
defective AutoPlay settings, and attempts to fix those it finds."
