mshtml.dll on IE 6 crash!!

when im using IE6 i sometimes experience an unexpected
crash. the error report contains the file name of
mshtml.dll. does anyone know if this is a virus? (ive
done a virus check and there seems to be nothing). ive
run an anti-spyware program and got 3 problems. ive then
deleted them but they seem to appear straightaway!! could
this be linked to the IE6 crashing problem???

What version of mshtmk.dll do you have?
