MSCONFIG

when I attempt to open MSCONFIG via the run function the
MSCONFIG menu opens for just a few seconds and closes.
It wont give me an opportunity to manage MSCONFIG, the
menu window closes to quickly. I use XP home edition.
Any ideas to how I can correct this problem?

Check for a file called "wincfg.scr"

This is a virus, do a google search if you find it.
