Msconfig, Task manager and Regedit

Hi

For some reason, when I try to start Msconfig, Task
manager or Regedit, they would boot, maybe show up for 2
seconds then terminate. Can anyone please help me.

Rename regedit.exe to regedit.com then:

Download then Merge the edit on line 251 then delete all the files mentioned
