MSAS Boot Up

When I boot with MSAS on, a little screen with the title gcasDTServHolder
appears and it doesn't go away until I turn off MSAS.

Hello Tim;

The following was recently posted by Andre Da Costa:

You could do two things here, right click the Windows Taskbar and click
Taskmanager, choose the processes, end both the gcasDTServ.exe and
gcasServ.exe process and see if that removes the dialogue. Try launching
Microsoft AntiSpyware again. You can repair Windows AntiSpyware using Add or
Remove Programs in Control Panel. Click Microsoft AntiSpyware and click
Change. Click Next, and then click Update. One thing though, you are not
suppose to see the gcastDtServHoler, its a bug in Microsoft AntiSpyware,
hopefully it will be fixed in beta 2.

Good luck

Engel (and Andre) are right--this is a bug--a window which should be hidden
but is not under certain circumstances. These circumstances seem to involve
some kinds of video drivers or utilities that go with them, dual monitors,
perhaps some XP Powertoys--not sure the whole list.

It'll be fixed in beta2, but I hope you can find a way to make it less
intrusive for yourself before that.
