I kept seeing a tab appear quickly then disappear on the taskbar, and finally
I was able to right click fast enough to find out the name.
MS_WebCheckMonitor. What is it's purpose, and how do I get rid of it? It's
really annoying, because it interferes with screen savers. My screen saver is
never on for more than 10 minutes or so, because when this program kicks in,
it wakes the computer up.

Please let me know how to get rid of it. Why would a component be created
that doesn't allow screen savers to work?
