MS Spyware Launches Windows Installer for Another Program

I've installed MS Spyware, then I also installed another program (which I can
no longer remove utilizing the Add/Remove in the control panel because it
cannot find some files), and as MS Spyware is launching, it starts the
installer of that other program and then it goes into a vicious cycle of not
being able to install it on top of that. I need to quickly click the "x" or
"close" buttons many times before MS Spyware starts. Can anyone PLEASE help
me with this one. I know that there are some fixes in the registry that
prevent this from happening; I did this with another program as well and it
worked, but for this one specific event, I have no clue. Thank you!

Try this tool. to uninstall the other program:
Clean up toºl
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;290301

If not joy, reinstall that program again, and removed using the Add/Remove.

Also run CCleaner with Issues.
